I have regressed to my old style and I love it. Nah, just went back after experimenting a bit.
Started to doodle this creature and a carp/whale/squid came out. I thought it would be cool if I added some fish and other underwater stuff to the pic. So I did, but then I told a friend about this creature and I said that it could fit into a Final Fantasy game. He said yeah, but then it would fly.
So it fly.
Erased all fishes and a very cute jellyfish and made some clouds instead.

Pretty pleased with the result, especially the eye. It turned out just right. It was fun do do.

It still has no name so suggestions are very welcome.

Wow, the watercolor looks very nice! (And the creature seems passive and friendly!)
I can certainly imagine it as concept art for a fantastical setting.

WOW :wow: this definitely caught my eye. At first I thought it was a flying squid and then I clicked on it and realized I wasn't too far off XD

Yes yes. By texture I meant the "folds" on the skin of the head. IF that is the head. xD
